Therasaur hand exercisers are made of a unique polymer material that provides tactile and proprioceptive sensory stimulation and will always return to its original shape. It will not leak even if punctured. Therasaurs come in gold, green, and blue with each color representing a different resistance levels. These classifications are soft, medium and hard. Ideal for progressive therapy! Therasaurs are perfect for all areas of hand rehabilitation including wrist, hand strength, developing fine motor skills, sensory stimulation, hot and cold therapy, surgery recovery, arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome, and stress reduction. It fits comfortably in the hand and is washable with antibacterial soap. Designed for children 3 years and older. Latex-free.

Keep one in the freezer for cold therapy. One hand strenghtening exercisers - Grasp dino in the palm of the hand so that the hand is covering the dino. Squeeze and hold. Relax and repeat 10 times.
