Child's Sectional Raft

Note: Review only, product no longer for sale.

Now children who can not go 'swimming' can enjoy the water cradled in our Sectional Raft!

Designed to cradle the body in the water, (not on the water which can create a fear of "falling off"). The head pad is reversible for minimal lateral head-neck support. Shoulder straps snap on for easy fit. Fold the bottom layer under, for more leg movement. Excellent choice for kids with low muscle tone!

Play Tip!

Here is a hint: If your child gets cold because part of his or her torso is above the waterline, get a towel wet and lay it over the exposed part. Your child will feel more comfortable. Pick this raft for children (or adults) with poor or no neck and upper body control who will be in the water but not "swimming".

Adapted Art: Painting with Crayon Brix

Crayon Brix can be painted with if dipped in water or used dry like a pastel. The shape provides a change and a new challenge for budding artists. If your child has trouble with traditional cylindrical crayons - these may be easier to handle. They are excellent quality with strong true colour. Of course they are nontoxic, although kids should not snack on them! They are not washable so you don't want them used on the walls. And do use a smock!
