Handles have a soft, rubbery, non-slip surface. Angled utensils reduce wrist stress and provide easy use for those with limited upper extremity motion. The Rocker Knife allows single-handed cutting of foods with a rocking motion. The Roller Knife has a sharp rolling blade which allows single-handed cutting. All utensils are dishwasher safe.
