Physiotherapy: Using the PhysioBall or Egg To Reduce Spasticity

To decrease spasticity, try deflating your PhysioBall or Egg slightly, lying the child face down and rolling the ball back and forth. Soothing music and firm touch on the tight muscles can also help.
